Good service

Envato Elements is a great source for a loads of Stockmedia from pictrues to Movies to Layouts. I think you can almost get everything you need. What I would wish for, or in other could be done better. I would wish for more Photos without people and of loads of different perspectives. Like frog perspective and bird perspective but smaller changes in perspectives I would wish for as well. For if you are doing composits it would like really help!

The operations (audio selection and the payment itself with PayPal) are organised almost perfectly. Simple, intuitive selection of files (audio), ending with payment via PP, working quickly and simply.
Two suggestions:
- commercial fee - it's actually a couple of taxes; unnecessary, annoying, damaging for customers and image-wise for Envato; if already extraordinarily necessary then regular customers or frequent users should be exempted from it;
- licences and invoices in the 'statements' section - availability of documentation after purchase - invoices and licences should be located and made available a bit differently, more transparently and more quickly.

Software does as advertised. Good value for the money. Easy to use.

Worst company ever! They mislead you with the pricing. It says €14.50 per month cancel anytime. Wrong! It is €46.80 cancel anytime. Very misleading and the support team are rude and unhelpful. If you take your claim to Paypal against them they will block your IP address and you will not be able to log back into your account to access what you have already paid for. Complete scammers, be VERY careful.

The search process, checkout, documentation are really good. I like use your platform to search templates

Just cutting your subscription without explanation and refunded subscription doesn't have a copy if it's really refunded.

Its great work with them, they haber a Lot of resources for video, no doubt the Best in the market

Refund process is broken and not possible even for non working products.

Good basic content.

A very useful tool in which unlimited resources work for various occasions and make your works more creative and on topic.

I would be happy if you could provide more travel photos of tourist destinations, as we are a non-governmental organization that promotes youth tourism.

the thing i didn't like here is that, for the music copyright i have to dispute it giving my content id, which is so time consuming process, they should do something with this
