I’ve been selling on Envato for a while, and to be fair, the payouts have been dependable for me. They’ve shown up when expected, and I haven’t had to deal with missing payments or strange delays, which is one of the biggest things I worry about as an author.
That said, I do have mixed feelings overall. The fees can feel a little steep at times, and support hasn’t always been the quickest when I’ve needed help. But when it comes to actually getting paid, my experience has been solid

I use Envato every now and then, and most of the time the payment goes through without any drama. But it’s not always as smooth as I’d expect. A couple of times my card got declined for no obvious reason, then randomly worked again later.

Support did help me out, but I still had to wait a bit and retry the checkout, which was kind of frustrating. It’s not a huge deal, but when I’m trying to download something quickly, I’d really rather not deal with payment issues. Overall, it’s okay, just a little annoying sometimes

Had a copyright issue come up and, yeah, it did get fixed eventually. I was a little unsure at first because the replies took longer than I expected, but they did follow through and sort it out. So overall, not a bad experience... just wish the communication had been a bit quicker

Envato has been alright for me overall, but the moderation side can be a little confusing. Sometimes something gets approved really quickly, and then another one just sits there or gets rejected without much of a clear explanation. Support does reply, but it can feel slow, and you’re left wondering what exactly they meant by that. It’s not a bad platform, I just wish the process felt a bit more consistent and easier to understand

I had to reach out to Envato support because I was having a problem with a download. They did get back to me and in the end it was fixed, so that part was okay. But it took more time than I thought it would, and I had to explain the same thing two times, which was a bit not great. Not terrible or anything, just didn’t feel super smooth. I think 3 stars is about right.

It did take one extra back-and-forth to fully clear things up, but reading between the lines, they were actually paying attention and trying to fix it properly. In the end, everything was sorted and I’m happy with the support

Based on how smoothly things have gone lately, I’m feeling confident sticking with them.

I accidentally bought the wrong item and asked Envato for a refund. They did end up giving it back, so that was fine, but it took a Few days and a little back and forth before it was sorted. Not the worst experience, just Kinda slow and a bit annoying
